Question by granbell: Where can I get experience cooking on a ranch?

I would like to work with a ranch cook for a week or so to experience the pros and cons of being the sole provider of nourishment for the ranch personnel. I would like to assist in the menu planning, cooking, serving, cleaning and any shopping needed to provide the ranch people with hearty breakfasts, lunches, dinners and all day fun snacks.
