How do we get international security forces in Iraq to help resolve the situation?

It seems to me the only chance Iraq has for stability is to have a substantial number of international security forces/troops present.

All it would take is for "our" president to admit that he was wrong to go in the country initially to the world. Then Ask the other countries for their assistance in resolving the problems. But, that would be a form of democracy and since our president thinks that he is a king, he doesn't have to be diplomatic about anything.
